VACUUM BOOSTERS

Vacuum brake boosters, built in Wenling since 2003.

The largest of our four families, and the one the factory was built around. A vacuum booster multiplies pedal force using the pressure difference between engine manifold vacuum (or a vacuum pump) and atmosphere, acting on one or two diaphragms before the master cylinder.

400 published reference numbers in this family

How they are specified

Single-diaphragm and tandem (dual-diaphragm) layouts, sized by shell diameter and boost ratio. The numbers that actually decide fitment are output pushrod length, shell diameter, mounting stud pattern and vacuum port orientation — two units that look identical can differ on any of them.

What we test before packing

Every booster goes on a characteristic tester: idle seal, seal below the boost point, seal above the boost point, and the full input-to-output force curve, judged automatically against preset limits. The bench and a saved readout are published on our About page.

How to search this family

Start with the reference number stamped on the unit you are replacing. Identify what kind of number it is first — vehicle-maker OE numbers, aftermarket brand numbers and casting marks all appear on brake castings and behave differently in a search.

ABOUT AOYIDA

Brake actuation, built in Wenling since 2003.

AODA Machinery is the Wenling manufacturer behind AOYIDA. For more than two decades, the company has focused on brake boosters, hydraulic boosters, master cylinders and clutch-assist components for global aftermarket programs.

ONE FACTORY, ONE BRAND

Every AOYIDA part comes off our own line.

AOYIDA is the name on the box; AODA Machinery is the Wenling factory that builds what's inside. No trading layer in between — the same team that develops, matches and packs your parts is the one that quotes them.

PRODUCT SCOPE

Four product families, one sourcing path.

Product family, reference identity and vehicle application stay separate so similar-looking parts are not treated as interchangeable.

01

Vacuum boosters

Brake-assist units organized by application and reference number.

02

Brake master cylinders

Master-cylinder programs reviewed against vehicle and number evidence.

03

Hydraulic boosters

Hydraulic brake-assist products kept distinct from vacuum systems.

04

Clutch boosters

A separate product family for clutch-assist sourcing.

HOW EVERY BOOSTER IS TESTED

Every booster goes on the bench before it goes in the box.

Not a leak check alone. Each unit runs a four-stage characteristic test — idle seal, seal below the boost point, seal above the boost point, and the full input-to-output force curve. The tester judges pass or fail against preset limits and saves the result with the product code and a timestamp.

MASTER CYLINDERS

Same discipline on the cylinder line.

Master cylinder bodies are pressure- and vacuum-sealed on a dedicated bench. The leak threshold is preset on the station controller, the live reading is displayed against it, and every unit is loaded and judged one at a time.

Test parameters, acceptance limits and work instructions are controlled documents. We share them under a signed quality agreement, not on a public page.

TECHNICAL INSIGHTS

Practical notes for brake-component buyers.

The useful details buyers need before fitment review, sampling and quotation.

IDENTIFICATION GUIDE

Start with the number on the part — not the filename

OE, factory and catalog reference numbers serve different purposes. A useful search keeps those identities separate, then checks the vehicle application.

PRODUCT FAMILIES

Vacuum booster, hydraulic booster or master cylinder?

Separate the product family before comparing references. Similar-looking parts can belong to different brake systems and vehicle programs.
