TECHNICAL INSIGHTS
Which reference numbers help, and what still needs vehicle confirmation.
The information buyers should separate before requesting a quote.
Part numbers, vehicle context, quantity, samples and drawings.

FROM MATCH TO PROGRAM
Every inquiry is answered by the team that builds the part — application checked, packaging and delivery terms confirmed, quotation issued from the factory floor.
HYDRAULIC BOOSTERS
Where the engine cannot spare enough manifold vacuum — diesels, turbocharged petrol engines, many commercial chassis — assist comes from hydraulic pressure instead, usually shared with the power-steering circuit.
52 published reference numbers in this family
A hydraulic booster and a vacuum booster are not interchangeable and are not built on the same line. They have different failure modes, different test rigs and a different supplier base. Confirm which system your vehicle uses before comparing any reference numbers.
Input and output rod geometry, port thread and orientation, accumulator arrangement and mounting pattern. Cardone interchange numbers are the most commonly available cross-reference for this family in North America.
The same vehicle can be built with different brake-assist configurations depending on model year, engine and trim. Always confirm the configuration on the vehicle rather than assuming from the model name.

ABOUT AOYIDA
AODA Machinery is the Wenling manufacturer behind AOYIDA. For more than two decades, the company has focused on brake boosters, hydraulic boosters, master cylinders and clutch-assist components for global aftermarket programs.
ONE FACTORY, ONE BRAND
AOYIDA is the name on the box; AODA Machinery is the Wenling factory that builds what's inside. No trading layer in between — the same team that develops, matches and packs your parts is the one that quotes them.

THE PLANT, RUNNING
Shot on the factory floor, not a showreel. Assembly, housing forming and booster testing as they run.

PRODUCT SCOPE
Product family, reference identity and vehicle application stay separate so similar-looking parts are not treated as interchangeable.
Brake-assist units organized by application and reference number.
Master-cylinder programs reviewed against vehicle and number evidence.
Hydraulic brake-assist products kept distinct from vacuum systems.
A separate product family for clutch-assist sourcing.
QUALITY & CERTIFICATION
Wenling AODA Machinery Co., Ltd. holds IATF 16949:2016 certification for vacuum-booster manufacturing — issued March 2025, valid through March 2028, maintained under annual surveillance audits.
Scope covers vacuum-booster manufacturing, excluding product design under clause 8.3. We publish the certificate, the site code and the registration number so you can verify them independently — before you contact us.
HOW EVERY BOOSTER IS TESTED
Not a leak check alone. Each unit runs a four-stage characteristic test — idle seal, seal below the boost point, seal above the boost point, and the full input-to-output force curve. The tester judges pass or fail against preset limits and saves the result with the product code and a timestamp.

Master cylinder seal test. Dedicated bench, hand-loaded, unit by unit.
MASTER CYLINDERS
Master cylinder bodies are pressure- and vacuum-sealed on a dedicated bench. The leak threshold is preset on the station controller, the live reading is displayed against it, and every unit is loaded and judged one at a time.
Test parameters, acceptance limits and work instructions are controlled documents. We share them under a signed quality agreement, not on a public page.
HOW SOURCING MOVES

The useful details buyers need before fitment review, sampling and quotation.
OE, factory and catalog reference numbers serve different purposes. A useful search keeps those identities separate, then checks the vehicle application.
Separate the product family before comparing references. Similar-looking parts can belong to different brake systems and vehicle programs.
Include the known reference number, vehicle year/make/model, estimated quantity, target market and any drawing or sample photo available.
